Vikas Jain
Associate
Vikas is a member of the Global Equity Research team and covers Indian markets. Prior to joining Generation, he worked for five years with strategy and analytics consulting firm, Inductis. As a Project Manager at Inductis, he led engagements for Fortune 500 clients in the financial services industry advising them on acquisitions, marketing and risk management strategies. Vikas interned with Putnam Investments as an Equity Analyst where he covered UK-based transportation and retail companies. He has also led teams on consulting engagements with several microfinance institutions including Grameen Bank and SKS in India.
Vikas received his B.Tech. from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Mumbai in Electrical Engineering. He is a recipient of the National Talent Search scholarship awarded by the Government of India. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School where he was selected to be part of the Value Investing program. He speaks fluent Hindi.
