Flavia Lugangira
Associate
Flavia is a member of the Infrastructure, Control and Compliance team managing the post-execution process and control oversight, client service and external vendor management. Prior to joining Generation, Flavia worked in a variety of positions at UBS covering post-execution client service, business process outsourcing and vendor management. Her most recent role was as a business analyst responsible for the delivery of a portfolio of process-led projects. From 2001 to 2004, Flavia worked for Goldman Sachs in the Equity Trade Management area responsible for supporting client transitions for the direct market access business, data management and analysis.
Flavia graduated from the University of Sussex with a B.A. (Hons.) in Economics with French. She holds an M.Sc. in European Social Policy from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a Diplome from Université de Montpellier I in Economics and Business Management. She was awarded the Six Sigma Green Belt accreditation in 2008. Flavia speaks fluent French.
