Michael McBrinn

Michael is a member of the financials team. From 2000 to 2004, he worked for the telecoms corporate finance team at UBS Investment Bank in London, advising corporate clients on capital-raising, mergers and acquisitions and financial restructuring. Notable transactions that he worked on in that time were the financial restructurings of NTL and Telewest, the UK cable companies, where he worked on the team advising the bondholder committees of the two companies on valuation and commercial due diligence. From 2004 to 2008, Michael worked as an analyst with Pendragon Capital, a London-based hedge fund, with a particular focus on the financial and TMT sectors.
Michael holds a Bachelor in Business Studies from Trinity College, Dublin (First Class Honours) and a Masters in Management from ESCP Europe. He speaks French and Spanish fluently.
