OUR FIRM

Generation is a pure-play sustainable investment manager. It is all we do. It is all we will ever do.

Our strategies

We take a long-term perspective and fully integrate sustainability research within a rigorous framework of traditional financial analysis. We operate four complementary strategies investing across public and private equity: Global Equity, Asia Equity, Growth Equity and Private Equity.

Our thinking

We are keen to share our insights and research with others committed to a sustainable future. We aim to show how we integrate sustainability into our investment process and to highlight areas where the bar needs to be raised – across the investment management sector and beyond. We also share news relevant to advancing Generation’s mission.

Our impact

We believe in the importance of measuring, improving and communicating the climate, nature and well-being impacts of our investments.

Careers

Thank you for your interest in career opportunities at Generation Investment Management. We are always open to strengthening and diversifying our workforce further and pleased to receive applications from individuals inspired by our values and mission.
